The numbr of my Orkut communities is automatically increasing day by day...How can i stop it?

..like the day b4 ystrday it was 200.. today it has reached to 228... is this some kind of virus? how can i stop it?

It might be the case where somebody has hacked your account and is joining communities on your behalf.
