Whenever I enter : www.orkut.com in my browser's address, browser closes and an annoying message is displayed, saying : "Orkut is banned, The administrator is not responsible......."
And I am not able to use mozilla firefox either!.
A message : "I don't hate mozilla , but use IE" comes up and does not allow me to run the browser at all.....
Can anybody tell me how to solve this problem?

This because of a virus called Viru by name "heap41A". You to do 2 things to get rid of it.
1. Go to reg edit, find registry name Heap41a and remove all those registry.
2. Reboot your system and boot OS on safe mode into your system. run "C:\hepa41a\". Now delete all the files under this folder. Once again reboot your system. This should fix your problem.

you should be able to access orkut.

Reply:First clear the cookies and history list in your browser and then search for orkut in google search and use that link to open the orkut page some times it might happen to me
