If not, is there any other safety measure that I can take, if I want to put a picture of myself on orkut, and don't want it copied or anything?
Is there any way to let only friends see certain pictures, on orkut?
Orkut is an open community, so you can't do anything to prevent outsiders from accessing your photos, personal information etc. So, it's always best not to upload family photos, contact numbers, email addresses etc. in Orkut. I know you won't like the idea (i don't like it either), but there isn't a second option as of now. Hopefully, Orkut will do something about it in future...

Other than in orkut, If u want your friends only to see your pics then you can use flickr.com.. In that, photos can't be copied also by nyone..
