Reply:i dont think you can. 'banning' bans your IP address, and that is static (unchanging), so i dont think its possible. probably aginst the law anyway...
Reply:You are about the 10th or 11th person that has asked this question, i was inclined to say it may have been someone pulling a prank on you, but now i am more inclined to say you have a virus, goto,

How can I delete my account: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/or...

Terminating your account means you'll lose access to the Yahoo! ID, Yahoo! Mail, and profile names associated with it. We'll also delete the account data and settings across the Yahoo! network. This includes any contents in:

* Yahoo! Mail

* Yahoo! Address Book

* Yahoo! HotJobs

* GeoCities

* Yahoo! Briefcase

* My Yahoo!

* Yahoo! Groups

* Finance Portfolio

* Any other area of Yahoo! that can only be accessed with your Yahoo! ID and password

Be sure you want to delete your entire account, as you won't be able to reactivate it after the account has been deleted. You're always welcome to sign up again for a new account.

Terminating your Yahoo! account won't alter or delete your Yahoo! People Search listing, which you need to edit or delete yourself.

If you subscribe to any premium services, we recommend that you cancel them first鈥攂efore you delete your account. There is no guarantee that deleting your Yahoo! account will immediately cancel the billing for any premium services you're subscribed to. To cancel your current subscriptions, visit Yahoo! Billing Information for your account, choose the "My Services" tab and click the "Cancel" link for each subscription.

Now: To remove your entire account, please visit our Account Deletion page: https://login.yahoo.com/config/login_ver... You'll be asked to sign in to verify your password for the account you wish to delete. Please be sure to read the next page carefully, as important information about your account is included. You can then confirm the deletion of your account.

When the deletion process is initiated, your Yahoo! account can never be recovered.

How should i access orkut in SaudiArabia?

hai i am not accessing Orkut in Saudi Arabia

it is redirecting me to the Government rules page

is there any wat to access orkut please help me out.
How should i access orkut in SaudiArabia?
Assuming there is no repercussions from the government, the best way would be to use a proxy site. They may block some of the proxies, but I am sure they do not block them all. If you search google for proxy, you should find all kinds of sources. Keep trying them until one works.
Reply:There is, but the penalty for doing it, if you get caught, in Saudi Arabia, is probably hanging or getting your hands cut off. (It involves breaking into the government's computers. and it's the only way, since you can't get an unmonitored internet connection.)
