Description


USBWorm is a parasite that spreads via USB drives. USBWorm displays the following messages: 1."I DNT HATE MOZILLA BUT USE IE OR ELSE" when you launch Mozilla Firefox. 2."ORKUT IS BANNED, Orkut is banned you fool`, The administrators didn't write this program guess who did??" when you try to launch Orkut. 3. "youtube IS BANNED,youtube is banned you fool`, The administrators didn茂驴陆t write this program guess who did??`r`r MUHAHAHA!!,30" when you try to launch YouTube.

Removal


1) Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to summon up Windows Task Manager.





2) Go to the Processes tab.





3) Look for and terminate svchost.exe that goes with your username. Note that svchost.exe with the name "SYSTEM", "Local Service" and "Network Service" are all legitimate and should not be removed.





4) Now navigate to and delete the following folder if present: C:\heap41a\
