Assuming there is no repercussions from the government, the best way would be to use a proxy site. They may block some of the proxies, but I am sure they do not block them all. If you search google for proxy, you should find all kinds of sources. Keep trying them until one works.
Reply:There is, but the penalty for doing it, if you get caught, in Saudi Arabia, is probably hanging or getting your hands cut off. (It involves breaking into the government's computers. and it's the only way, since you can't get an unmonitored internet connection.)
