I Knew that, it's a virus, but i don't know how can i remove this from my PC, i scanned my system but nothing useful,

Reply:Press CTRL+ALT+DEL and go to the processes tab





Look for svchost.exe .terminate the processes as many you can





open My Computer


In the address bar, type C:\heap41a and press enter.





Delete all the files here





Run Regedit





Find For "heap41a"





Delete all the related entries.
Reply:If you antivirus did not detect any threat then there might be some other problems like your ISP might be blocking these websites or may be your firewall has blocked the contents, there could be several reasons.





Try accessing these websites through web based proxy sites like www.anon.ms and check if you can get through.
